I had my student loans go to PCR and called them to set up pymnts. I was told that I could take part in a recovery program, it sounded great and I was thrilled, I was going to be able to get future student loans and it would be taken off my credit report. I knew my tax refund was going to go onto the acct and they said to wait until it did and then set up the payment program. So yesterday it was credited on the acct and I called to set up my program.
