I ordered shoes on March 31. I did not receive them and when I looked at the tracking information, it said they had been returned. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do! I couldn't place another order for the shoes because they were out of my size. And they said they would NOT reship my shoes to my address (even when I offered to give them another address).
