T-Mobile does not stand by its customers when it comes to the phones that they offer. I am suppose to call the cell phone company directly about a problem when I am T-Mobile's customer. That's like going to the store to return a product and they tell you to go to the manufacturer. Their customer reps are unsympathic and the manager was extremely curt with me.
