I have owned my Serta Cali-King, Vera Wang Beyond Exquisite Organic Cotton Mattress for 2 years. I am amazed that Serta is still in business with their HORRIBLE customer service. My husband is 170 lbs and I am 114 lbs... when he lays down the mattress sinks at least 4-5 inches and my side goes in 3 inches. There is a giant wedge in between us where the mattress raises up.
