For two weeks now I've been trying to get the following issue resolved with no real help or satisfaction from customer service representatives or the decision makers at BAC. I received a check from BAC Home Loans Servicing LP dated 3/14/2011 in the amount of $685.78. for an Escrow Balance Refund in both my and my ex-wife's names. Any bank teller will require both parties of the named check to be present and sign a check as such.
