I had an auto loan through Ally for a 2009 Chev. The truck was wrecked on 1-26-11 and declared a total loss by Shelter Insurance. Insurance got the payoff amount from Ally shortly after 2-11-11, however Ally would not fax, mail, return calls, or cooperate. The amount wasn't able to be paid off until 3-23-11. Then Ally billed me for $78.67 more. Insurance called them on 4-6-11 and Hera, an Ally employee, said that insurance had overpaid by $120.89 and that would be refunded to me, the customer.
