I have had a cricket modem for about a year now...about a month ago they double charged me and made me fax them a copy of my bank statement and then i was to be issues a refund in 7 to 10 days...after 14 days i called them and asked them where my refund was and they told me it takes 14 day...i called 5 days later...and then they told me it would be 30 days...i have been fighting with them on the phone every day since then. all i want is my money. i dont make enough to just hand over 50 bucks. read full review »
