I bought a prepaid criket phone for 40 dollars, 10 for the phone and 30 for minutes. After a complicated acivation instructions wich include internet forms and calls I was happy to finally get my phone "activated" but... it never actually works! I called a 1800 customer service number NO solution at all. I went to a Criket store the said "we dont have nothing to do with that" I want my money back or at least HELP from this company but no one at Criket really knew how to help me.
