On 4-7-2011 I was sold a broken Motorola H730 Bluetooth Earpiece. No sound comes through the earpiece. Joel Kremer; the apparent owner of the retail web site, told me I had to go to Motorola to get service on my brnad new - broken headset. I have presented this complaint here and to his local BBB. I suggest you look around and check accurately who does reputable business by searching their return policy section on their web site to avoid getting ripped off like this. A reputable seller will offer a 30 day return policy for defective items they have sold you. read full review »
