On Saturday April 9 my son Christopher brought his car in to have the snow tires dismounted and the summer tires mounted and balanced. The summer tires had only 9, 000 miles on them. I personally carried the summer tires to his car and inspected them. They had at least 1/4" of perfect tread on them and were in impeccable condition. The service manager Ron told my son that he needed four brand new tires because his were bald, which is pure rubbish. I called Ron and he repeated to me that the tires were bald.
