I paid off my bill and asked to cancel my account because of the high interest rate and their "inability" to lower it. The representative that I talked to told me I was canceled and to call up any companies which had re-occurring monthly charges and give them a different credit card to take payments from. I reconfirmed with the rep on the phone that I was completely through with this company and would receive no more billing statements. He agreed.
