wait wait wait wait and wait some more...i have to wait to replace the non functioning product i purchaced from them recently. make an appointment and still wait. this place needs a regoranization. dont buy from here and expect to just be able to pop in and replace the defected item...it will never happen. wait wait wait. i am submitting this from a computer in the apple store. read full review »
