wait wait wait wait and wait some more...i have to wait to replace the non functioning product i purchaced from them recently. make an appointment and still wait. this place needs a regoranization.
dont buy from here and expect to just be able to pop in and replace the defected item...it will never happen. wait wait wait.

this store is the most unorganized, jumble of crazy i have ever experienced. i show up 50 min early for and appt. i asked the MAC Genious if they take walk ups, NO was the responce. As i sit and wait this same MG helped 3 people with no apptmnts, while i sat. when i confronted him he said he would let me "cut" in line.
