We ordered "the best" flower arrangement for a new granddaughter. When we visited her a week later, we were quite embarrassed to see the little bouquet that had been delivered -- it was barely 7" x 7", but should have been 11" x 11" according to the website. We requested re-delivery of the correct product, but our email was ignored. On the second contact, they offered $12 credit (instead of $20 plus tax, the difference in cost of the arrangement we ordered).
