I've had an Applied Bank Card for many years, paid on it every month @ more than the amount due, I noticed my debt wasn't going down after several payments of over $ $100/mo. I called customer service and was told my debt was correct even though my payments were large I told them to re-evaluate my acct. No said they it is what it is.
