Jeramy Norhtam or Northom gave us a bid for $700 on paper April-28-10 he called us July told us he would do it for $400 he need the money. He got here and said it had grown scence he had been here he needed $500, so we said ok. It cut down part of a leam it started raining he told me to give him half and he would be back tomorrow. He never came back and told us he did $250 worth of work and he wanted $1800 and he was not given the money back because it took time from him coming here.
