This internet company will call you unsolicited in the middle of the day. They will only record a part of your conversation so that when they play it back, it sounds as though you have agreed to a service when in reality, they state that you already have an account and owe them money. Then, when you call to complain about the invoice, they call you back three times--their number is blocked on caller id. They play the partial recording and try to insist that you pay the bill.
