Man with poor English skills called my son who has a County DBA statement on file. Man asked questions about the business etc., my son thought it was the recorder's office from our county. Did not really understand, and unfortunately he gave the information and agreed to things he did not comprehend by the language barrier. He received a bill for $399.00 for a year listing on eMarket411.com.
