I signed a contract with Michelle Powell approximately 9 months before my wedding. I paid her in full (as the contract required) approximately 3 weeks before the wedding. On the day of my wedding Michelle did not show up nor did she call. I have attempted numerous times to contact Michelle but have received no response from her. I have called and emailed Michelle on numerous occasions asking for the full return of my money but she has ignored all requests.
