Many of the complaints I have read on here are pretty much on the money with what we experienced with the Global Vacation Network. It is a well orchestrated sales system that actually had us buying the basic product. To the local office and staff's credit, when we changed our minds and came in the next day to undo the deal, they seemed polite but indifferent.
