i selected megabus for the low rates on a trip to NYC. they changed the pickup stop without notice; i just so happened to go on their website the day before and saw a note about the change, which was about a mile away. the bus was 30 minutes late, the driver was rude, he smelled, and there was nobody "working there". just a sign that said "megabus stop". the return trip from NYC was so chaotic trying to figure out what line to be in. 2 employees were screaming at customers because one told a group to stand in one place and the... read full review »
