On March 24, 2011 I placed an order for three Sima SL-20IR camcorder lights. The order was paid with an Amazon gift card. I've confirmed with Amazon that the card was redeemed. I have still not received my order. I have tried multiple times using multiple email addresses to get this resolved. I have gotten no replies. I have the state listed as California but I am not completely sure that this is their location. read full review »
