I received an email from Craigslist Quick Cash to receive a "free" cd which details how to sell items on Craigslist for shipping & handling charges of $1.95 only, "no obligation". My curiosity cost me $319.60. I did not receive the item, but months later I learned that they billed $39.95 to my unemployment debit card (8) times from Chase Bank account.
