February 14th 2011 I ordered AND PAID FOR items from their website. THEY STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED and FRAGRANCEX keep saying that if the parcel is returned to them they will refund my money. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. THEY HAVE MY MONEY, I HAVE NOTHING. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, they treat their overseas customers like SHIT IDIOTS. Today is April 11th, 2011.
