A representative from craftmatic called me last night and said that he would be in my area today and wanted to stop by. I live in Seaford, Delaware. I do not know the name of the person that called. He was very arrogant and rude. When I told him that I did not want to meet hime today, he made the comment, "continue sleeping on your piece of trash". Is this the way that your representative are trained to talk to the public and potential buyers of your product?
