This outfit contacted stating they were a Google partner and provide Search Engine Optimization. They require 2 initial installments and give you about ten days before the second installment is charged. On the surface they seem legitimate. However, I wasn't impressed with how they were handling my account, caught them in repeated misrepresentations, and checked on the Missouri Secretary of State website and their certificate of incorporation was listed as fictitious.
