Last year I signed up for voip phone service over the internet. It was 199.00 for 1 yr. After they hooked us up and everything was started, we would have issues occassionally like echos or no service at all. My wife kept wanting me to switch back but I said give time. Well after a couple months, we both had enough. So I tried several times to cancel and finally got someone to answer the call and get the cancellation started.
