Still no confirming email from Carl (gave me no last name but said he was the supervisor I was asking to speak to) confirming our conversation in which he stated that once the order was returned I would be credited ALSO for the shipping, handling, processing and any other fees you guys can possibly come up with. I asked Carl to please send me a confirming email of our conversation early afternoon yesterday restating the above, however, still no email from Carl.
