Well, finally I got my refund from the Euro-Pro Steam Mop piece of crap! Actually, the product was not near as bad as the company I was dealing with. I got the run around over and over. I made so many phone calls and kept being told it would be taken care of and I would receive my refund soon. I got the machine the middle of January and sent it back within a week and now, end of March, finally refunded! I discovered that each of the phone calls I made to inquire were going to India.
