I have been with T Mobile for a year and a half, always paid my bill on time but have had my payments misdirected twice. I pay 52.00 a month for 1000 minutes and 1000 text messages.. this payment is made on the same day every single month, but this time I had service for one week and had to borrow a phone to call them because they won't even let you call cs if your mins are to low.
