Purchased a 4 year warranty policy with this group signing a contract for full refund if warranty no used. Met criteria for refund after 4 years. Was very difficult to get info on procedure to receive refund. Was to have check sent out on April 1st. Office now closed until further notice. Further investigation finds company has conducted business in this manner for years. Had I know that, would have never done business with this group.
