Shane Melton is a thief and a liar. He will use the sob story of cancer or other medical ailments to scam you out of money, then he will disappear. He will need money for car repairs/ payment (a favorite of his), rent, or even for business expenses to get his "artist" career going. He is a "scam artist" and has been doing this for 25 years.
