zpdi placed unauthorized charges on my phone bill regarding a collect call from an unknown caller. was getting repeated calls from an unkown person calling himself 'milosh'. ignored calls for several weeks, but finally pressed the number to 'obtain rate information'. rate was too high to accept call to find out why he kept calling our home so I hung up. $11.24 charge showed up on my bill anyway. read full review »
