Was quoted $40 for HP laptop with bad hard drive. Took 2 weeks to receive their paid shipping box. Took another week after they received it for them to tell me they'd pay $5. No explanation- no offer to return the laptop if I didn't accept $5. They said to call them or respond to the email if any questions. Can't get a real person to respond by email: they want me to call them between 8-4 PST. Stay away from cash4laptops. Have dealt with gazelle.com before- they are a legitimate operation- not cash4laptops. read full review »
