I signed up for a limited time period to use the database to research some of my family. The search process does nothing; there is no action following the search request. When I sent a "contact" message to this company, I received only a "form letter" type of answer, not a response to any of my questions. I believe that this is just a scam, and am thankful that I only signed up for a limited time. Anyone considering using this service should be aware... it is a waste of time and money. read full review »
