Bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses for daugher who was visiting for Christmas. When she opened them up, she noticed the Gucci on the side was upside down. I was totally embarrased and she to this day probably thinks they're FAKE. I called them and returned the defective ones and they send me a new pair -- I had to send them now to Florida to my daughter -- asked them to reimburse me for the shipping at least.
