I was do a refund over 1 year ago which have not come yet. I have called numberous times, spoke with a representative and the rep. said that I had to what about 3 months for a refund I now have been waiting since August of 2009 for my refund. I initiately forgot about my refund until one day I didnt have any funds. I then tried to call your company directly and there was NO! answer. I got on the internet and looked you up I recently glaced at the message but never received my refund as of yet. Please send me my refund.
