I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this company, and they sent me fake boots. I had to jump through hoops to find a return address to get a refund. The refund NEVER happened, and it cost me 50 dollars to send them back. The company promised for weeks that a refund was processing. After 2 months they told me the boots had arrived damaged and that they would send photos. Yeah right! Still no refund. I gave them plenty of chances to make this right before I shared my experience.
