I purchased a Jump 'n Double Slide™ Bouncer in 2009 and the seams on the slide air comes out. None of the customer service including the supervisor can do anything about it. I asked to instead to send me a patch and they said to order online. They will not even send a patch. Very disappointing. You but $500 product and they can't do anything about it. Time to use social networking and let them know little tykes company is bad customer service. read full review »
