My wife and I received a $12.97 charge from this company and we had never heard of them. I emailed them and found that they get their business by having customers at various websites (Sherri's Berries.com in our case) assume that "free shipping" is exactly that. Not a well-disguised signup for a third party service. They cancelled my "subscription" with only one email and refunded my initial $12.97 with only one phone call.
