Hi I am a single mother having an issue with NIPSCO, and I need help. This seems wrong and unfair and I don't know where to go for help. I received a disconnect notice from NIPSCO that was due on 4/8/11. I called to make payment arrangements and was told I couldn't until July and that I had to make the full payment on that same day or I will be cut off. I asked around and finally got someone to pay it. I had to use their debit card so I went through their eds system. I made the payment on the 4/8/11. Now its is Monday and NIPSCO... read full review »
