i was looking up my bank account online and noticed there were charges on my bank account that i did not authorize. i had contacted this company and was told that someone had used my debit card information to purchase an online item. i had never heard of this company before. i had also told them about the other two charges on my account that they say were for shipping and handling and they say they will not refund my account for those two charges. i was wondering if there is anything i can do about that and who should i contact. please... read full review »
