Poor, poor service and unreasonable guidlines for profiles and pictures. They're very quick and happy to take your money but are very unaccountable when it comes to customer service. They only seem to respond when they like the query...if you have a complaint they just ignore you. It seems to me that profiles are rejected based on the personal opinion of the person reviewing the profile and then they refuse to explain themselves...but already have my money of course. Very disappointing that they take advantage of people that are sometimes vulnerable and are just seeking happiness. read full review »
