Be very wary of the Carleton Sheets Real Estate Scam, I mean program. While the program itself may be worthwhile to some, it's trash to others. I ordered this program and had no time to review the material. I sent it back within the specified timeframe and because I failed to get their permission to return it, they continued to charge me for the program. I was forced to get my bank involved because the Customer Service reps were unwilling to budge.
