The business is www.digitalcranium.com located in California. On Oct. 13, 2005 I ordered a DVD set, to make a long story short, I didn't get it in time for Christmas. When I complained a Customer Service Rep. called me. He actually said that they were to blame. He then said they would send me a gift certificate as I had to buy another gift since mine wasn't here in time. After a week, there was still no gift certificate.
