I attended a timeshare presentation at SouthBay Shores in Kissimmee. For attending, I was to receive 2 free airline tickets and $150.00 gas rebates. Because I sent the information regular postal, rather than by certified mail, I was told I had negated the offer and I did not receive the airline tickets, but that I could still get the gas rebates. I did EXACTLY as specified for the gas rebates and never received a dime. I called the 800 customer service number multiple times and was told each time that they were 'behind' in their mailouts, but I should be receiving mine soon. Never. Total ripoff.
