After one year, my SONY VAIO VGN Ar52OE laptop stopped working and the hinges both broke. All under normal use...unless you consider opening and closing the 17 inch monitor abuse. Sony refuses to fix it and has quoted a charge of $700 to fix my $1600 computer which I purchased just over a year ago. It is unuseable. SONY needs to make this right. read full review »
