This is a horrible company. They assumed my copier machine lease contract from 'Lanier'. They implemented additional charges whenever they could. Attempts at communicating them were futile. The appearance of a national company gives the reality of always a voice mail to simply leave messages. I leased a machine, paid for the machine to be serviced and when it broke down, the company refused to service it.
