As soon as I ordered this trial, I realized that it was a mistake and went to the website to cancel. I am told by customer service that by then the product was shipped. I received a package in the mail AFTER the deadline by which I was told it needed to be returned. I let them know by e-mail when I received the package and that I was returning it. My credit card was charged anyway. I spoke to a customer service representative who told me I could have the product back but she could not remove the charge.
