I received a loan from them with a deduction date of Jan. 13, 2006. I faxed in my extension sheet on Jan. 10, 2006 saying I didn't have direct deposit so could they push up my loan payment date. They called and said I had to fax my paystub showing I didn't have direct deposit. I faxed the sheet in, and I was told my deduction date would be Jan. 17, 2006.
